Had to pay 125 upon arriving for the community in which the VRBO was in. Was not in the online description. A relaxing place to stay and has most everything you will need.

Monika was a pleasure to deal with. Trailer was a bit quirky but the location, pool & amenities made up for it. Had a flat tire on 1 of the 3 supplied bikes & they had it fixed the same evening I told her about it. Larger bathroom & central a/c would be nice but.....

It was a nice place! Rubbed the wrong way, with only one roll of toilet paper. TVs are useless, but didn’t go to watch tv. A little care would go far with this rental.
