The location was great, close to the restaurants and mall
- English speaking staff was very challenging to find
- the hotel added extra charges that I wan not aware at the time of booking, such as mandatory hotel insurance and premium package. I asked to remove these charges and they refused and said it’s mandatory. Also, while checking out they have asked me to pay for room service that I have already paid in cash with tip!!. When I informed the reception they called in front of me the staff that delivered the food and she denied receiving any cash payment. I informed the receptionist that this is not acceptable and they can check the cameras and see that I paid cash. Then the staff said don’t worry we will handle it internally

Nice hotel in central Bogotá — a 10-minute walk to the downtown area with all the shopping and restaurants. The staff were friendly, breakfast was very good, and the room was clean and in good condition.

A decent hotel but somewhat tired.
Some very friendly staff among them.
Very rude check in: Presented to pay a higher price than booked, with no warning or explanation.
Asking why, resulted in a rather aggressive attempt that I had to buy an additional package. Had absolutely no need for this package and they finally accepted the original payment after a very persistent discussion.
This is a somewhat tired 5 star hotel and generally not the feel expected.
Breakfast buffet often ran out of some foods, even there was only few people.
