Modern, spacious rooms with stunning views in a fantastic Parque 93 location. Great breakfast with plenty of variety, a well-equipped gym and spa, and genuinely friendly, attentive staff throughout our stay.
The guest services app needs improvement. Room service requests were occasionally missed, and the spa appeared fully booked when it wasn’t. We also had issues with the Wi-Fi, TV and air conditioning on our first night due to maintenance, although everything was resolved quickly by the amazing staff.

Staff was attentive and welcoming.
Room: Curtains were difficult to fully close, pillows weren´t great. You could hear everything going on in the street. I would suggest soundproof windows. The door that divided the bedroom and living room/bathroom was loud and difficult to move.
Bathroom: Materials felt cheap, door didn´t close properly, showerhead didn´t work.
