Location and good food

Lovely and comfortable spot with great amenities and customer service. A shout-out to Camilo, a very kind, courteous, and attentive concierge; Karen and Freddy at reception for their professionalism and personable attention; and Sadya for an amazing spa treatment. I felt safe and well taken care of. The location is within walking distance of cute cafés, and a wide array of boutiques featuring Colombian-made items. I highly recommend it!

I loved the staff- special thanks to Alejandro on the night shift! Beds are fluffy and the breakfast is fantastic.
I didn’t like the decor in the rooms , it’s a tad dark and tiny bit dated- but not a major concern. I also thought it was bizarre how the staff says “Bonjour” and”bonsoir Madame” in a Spanish speaking country. I don’t think they are actually fluent in French. Anyway ! Just my humble opinion.
