About this apartment rental
Enjoy the splendid nature of Crescent Beach right across the street, you will be amazed by a beautiful stepped walkway and the best views on the way to stepping foot in the sand.
We have a master bedroom with a king size bed and its full bathroom; a guest bedroom with two beds, one full and the other twin size, in addition to another full bathroom and functional laundry room inside the unit. The kitchen is very well equipped for those who enjoy cooking on vacation. The breakfast bar is integrated with the dining room and living room creating an open environment leading to the balcony where you will enjoy the sea breeze with an open view. We have cable TV and free wi-fi access.
The common areas of the condominium have a tennis court, swimming pool and grills with private access for guests.
Pelican Inlet Condominiums is located between the beach and the Intracoastal Waterway where we recommend you go to see its wonderful sunsets.

OK, I love this area (crescent beach) for the beach across street, matanzas state park 2 miles down the road, and 9 miles to old city. (Hint)- always buy monthly pass at parking deck. Good for 30 days, divide by days you stay and it is BIG savings. Condo is great. Not brand new, but very nice, clean, quiet with pool and without so called "resort" charges. The owner lady I met was great. Speaking for myself I would come back here, it suits my style of travel. Fully equipped to get groceries and do it yourself, or splurge on all great area restaurants that are easy to navigate to. My bed and my daughter's bed were both comfy, and ceiling fans on low much appreciated. Even after optional charges, tax and vrbo markup I think rate is fair for beach property. Would return here.

Enjoyed the stay. Everything we needed for the stay was there and in order. Would definitely recommend staying here. Pool and beach access were excellent.

We had a wonderful stay! Great location for quick beach access. Wonderfully stocked kitchen. My daughters enjoyed the pool. Patricia was very responsive when I messaged with questions. We hope to come back!
