In Sol del Este near Maó, the ground floor apartment "La Gardenia 41" is part of a very quiet holiday complex near the sea, in which the residential units share one community pool and a well-kept outdoor area. The apartment consists of a light-flooded living room with a dining area, a very well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (2 of them with 2 single beds each) as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Amenities also include Wi-Fi, air-conditioning, fans and cable TV. With a baby cot and a highchair, the accommodation is ideal for family holidays. From the living room you have access to a small, private terrace, which is covered and equipped with a sitting area and a barbecue. The communal area includes a 150 m² pool, outdoor showers, a children's pool and a lawn where you can relax in the sun. A supermarket is only 70 m from the accommodation and a cafeteria is 120 m away. Other restaurants and shops are 850 m away and bathing enthusiasts can refresh themselves in the deep-blue water of Cala Pedrera (300 m). Thanks to the ideal location, bays with crystal clear-water and white sand are only a 10-minute drive away.

Pros: La Gardenia is a lovely ground floor apartment only metres away from a gorgeous pool. The apartment was sparkling clean and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. You can walk out of the building onto the coastal path with beautiful little bays with plenty of good swimming spots (bring swimming shoes as it is rocky) and Es Castell is not more than a 15 minute walk, a great location. Joaquim was prompt and helpful with queries.
