This location is perfect for exploring the islands. Close to downtown and not to far from the north shore. Property owners was readily available to help if needed. Would recommend to anyone looking for a property.

We were thinking of staying at a hotel but the rates were so high since we booked last minute. We ended up doing one day at the Renaissance so we got to go to the private island for free and see some flamingos. And after we transferred to here for the rest of the trip.
Literally couldn’t recommend this itinerary enough. This place was perfect too. Absolutely not worth spending the money on hotels. The room was exactly identical (minus the view). Everything was ready in the room: towels, beach towels, cooler, beach chairs etc…
This VRBO was 5 minutes to absolutely everything (by car of course). We ended up going to all the beaches since they were so close. We were definitely missing out if we had stayed at the hotel. The local beaches and exploring was absolutely amazing.

My studio suite was perfect for my needs.
The location not as conveniently located but renting a car was a breeze!
All in all I would stay at this location again!
