About this villa rental
INTERIOR DISTRIBUTION: This beautiful villa is spread over 2 levels. On the ground floor there are 3 bedrooms (air-conditioned) with double beds and a sofa bed (160 x 200), 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious and bright living room with TV and fireplace. In the upper apartment there is the master bedroom (air-conditioned) with an attached bathroom. The large living room with TV and elect. Fireplace and open kitchen opens onto another terrace with a direct sea view and onto Moraira. The villa is very spacious and still has space for an extra bed.
OUTDOOR AREA AND PLOT: It is worth mentioning that the large property (approx. 1000 m2) with a view of the Mediterranean is completely fenced. As can be seen in the photos, we have a well-tended garden, which is distributed on several levels, with different trees and plants. The pool is facing south and is not visible. It is surrounded by several sun terraces (partially covered). There is enough space to sunbathe and switch off. The outdoor kitchen right by the pool invites you to eat and grill outdoors.
These properties make this villa a unique and ideal property for a vacation on the Mediterranean coast.
LOCATION OF THE VILLA: Within a radius of approx. 400 m there are several cafes, restaurants, a supermarket Mas y Mas and a hardware store. The sandy beaches and the center of Moraira with its many restaurants, cafes and bars can be reached in 15 minutes on foot. The ideal place to go on holiday without a car.

The host was super responsive to any small issues and helped me getting important docs printed. We had 26 family members and friends from around the world passing through over the 4 weeks we stayed there and it worked amazingly well. we enjoyed having our own floor and balcony with lovely sea views where we could have our alone time or have guests come up and join us for morning coffee and cocktails. The bar and outside kitchen was a fantastic feature, and was well used. would have preferred a gas bbq, which we would have used more often, but the charcoal was good too. we enjoyed the different areas of the cactus and succulent gardens, and there was always somewhere in the sun and shade to relax. We personally didn't need to use the AC, preffering the windows open, but some of our guests did occasionally at nightthe location was probably better than we hoped for with big supermarket in easy walking distance, and some great bars and restaurants in easy walking distance. We walked into town quite a lot, sometimes walking back or catching a taxi! the kitchen could have been bigger, given that we were cooking half of the time, but with a dishwasher, and separate bar fridge, and small fridge upstars too, its is easily manageable especially as we could just shop daily so easily. all i n all, highly recommend.

A fantastic stay. The location of the villa is great and the outside kitchen was a real bonus. Really good communication with the owner. The villa has everything you could ask for.

We were 8 people aged between 17 and 55 who stayed for 14 days in this fantastic villa. It’s a house that’s hard to truly grasp just from the pictures – we certainly found that it was much more spacious and much more beautiful than we had imagined before arriving.We fully enjoyed our stay; the outdoor space is absolutely incredible – there are lots of little corners, terraces, balconies, etc., where you can find peace and quiet, and the shared outdoor areas like the pool and bar are spacious and cozy. There is always shade to be found, plenty of sun loungers, and different spots to enjoy meals together.The area where the house is located is also absolutely fantastic – shops, restaurants, bars, a gym, various other stores, and the beach are all within walking distance. Wonderful.There were also well-functioning air conditioners in all the bedrooms, which made for some lovely nights in beds that, by the way, were really comfortable.It’s not the best-equipped house when it comes to household supplies etc, so bring; a few extras towels and dish towels, hand soap, dishwasher tablets, and dish brushes. Some bathroom doors got stuck, but the issue was quickly resolved by the host.All in all, we had a truly wonderful holiday – and it definitely won’t be the last time we rent this fantastic and charming house. The host is also an incredibly lovely, talkative, and welcoming person who will do everything to make sure you have a great stay.
