Welcome to Leeward 2-9, a charming beach-front condominium located on the southern side of the picturesque 30A area. This lovely unit features a luxurious King master bedroom and two hall bunks accommodating up to 4 guests comfortably.
Ideally situated, guests can delight in mornings on the sandy shores and afternoons exploring the diverse array of boutiques and dining options that line the stunning 30A coastal stretch, conveniently accessible by bike or car. Leeward 2-9 is a perfect retreat for a couple or small family seeking a week of seaside relaxation or a romantic escape.
The spacious king master bedroom boasts a flat-screen TV and an en-suite full bathroom, offering utmost comfort and convenience. As you pass by the hallway bunks and enter the main living area, spectacular ocean vistas can be enjoyed from the well-appointed kitchen and living room. Guests can savor a cup of coffee while watching the sunrise or unwind with an evening drink as the sun sets over the horizon.
Please note that parking is limited to one car with a permit for your convenience.

Perfect stay on our honeymoon beach (31 years ago). Crazy Love was exactly as described plus! The private beach and umbrella/chair setup a define perk of the stay. Unit was clean and had everything we needed including a washer/dryer. Highly recommended and we will absolutely return for more get aways.

This week was our 33rd anniversary and it was the best yet starting with our condo! Our stay was outstanding. The condo has excellent views of the gulf and beach. Inside the condo was very updated and perfect for us. It was not cluttered, the kitchen was very nice and well equipped and the king size bed was very comfortable. Another thing we like a lot was that this unit has its own washer and dryer. It was a wonderful week and we'll definitely stay there again.

We stay at Leeward 2-9 a couple of times per year, and it continues to be one of our favorite places on 30A. The location is hard to beat, with beautiful beachfront views and easy access to everything we enjoy in the area.
On this trip, we noticed the new decking right away, and it was a really nice improvement. The unit itself also had some thoughtful updates, including new artwork and furnishings, which gave it a fresh, comfortable feel without losing the charm we've always liked.
The condo is perfect for a couple or small family, with a comfortable king bedroom, hallway bunks, and a great living area overlooking the water. It's the kind of place where you can enjoy coffee with the sunrise, spend the day on the beach, and relax in the evening with the sound of the ocean.
We always enjoy our stays here and appreciate the continued care and updates being put into the property. Highly recommend.

Fantastic rental agency. Smooth communication And a seamless check-in checkout process. Paradise properties provided a very nice accommodation beachfront in Seagrove. The unit was very clean and we were very satisfied with the overall experience
