This beautifully-presented, three-bedroom, two-bathroom villa with a private heated pool (heated during the winter months) comfortably sleeps up to six guests. Villa Vicini is the neighbour to Villa Elysium and Villa Quintus.
Situated in the peaceful residential area of Montaña Roja, the villa is just a few minutes’ drive or approximately a 15–20 minute walk from the centre of Playa Blanca. For everyday essentials, there is a convenient local store just a few minutes’ walk from the villa, while a larger Lidl supermarket is approximately a 20-minute walk away.
Villa Vicini has a bright, contemporary feel throughout and enjoys fabulous sea views towards Los Lobos and Fuerteventura from its first-floor balcony terrace.

The accommodation is well suited to families, with bedrooms conveniently arranged across both floors. Downstairs, there is a twin bedroom with an adjacent bathroom, providing convenient ground-floor accommodation. Upstairs, you’ll find the master double bedroom and a further twin bedroom, which share a family bathroom. The master bedroom benefits from having the balcony terrace. There are ceioling fans in all bedrooms and the lounge.

Outside is where Villa Vicini really comes into its own. A large sun terrace surrounds the inviting private swimming pool, providing plenty of space for everyone to relax and make the most of Lanzarote’s wonderful climate. For a little friendly competition, there is also a pool table on the terrace, perfect for some family fun in the sun.
The covered seating area and BBQ provide the perfect setting for alfresco dining, whether it’s a leisurely lunch by the pool or an evening meal together as the sun goes down.

Quietly situated villa with a spacious swimming pool. Comfortable sunbeds. Large fridge and freezer. Fixed outdoor table, not movable, insufficient cushions meaning you sit on hard stone. Due to the wind, there are no parasols, resulting in few to no shade options. Good parking facilities for rental cars. 20-minute walk from the boulevard. Stayed there for 15 days, but only had cleaning once. The swimming pool is maintained once every 2-3 days. Overall, had a fine stay.
