The Maidstone Retreat is a 9-bedroom, 5-bathroom vacation rental home on ChampionsGate. The Maidstone Retreat is an upscale, high end vacation home with an extensive specification and beautiful furnishings. All bedrooms have a Smart UHD ROKU equipped TV with a full cable channel line-up as well as Netflix, Hulu, Vudu, YouTube etc. The living room and loft areas both have 65" Smart UHD TV.

There are 4 bedrooms with king beds, 2 bedrooms with queen beds, 1 Star Wars themed bedroom with twin over full bunk and single trundle (sleeping 4), 1 with 3 full beds, and 1 further bedroom with twin/full bunk with pull out twin bed – comfortably sleeping up to 26 people. The kitchen has upgraded tile and dark wood cabinetry, along with quartz counter tops and the latest GE stainless-steel appliances. There are 2 refrigerators (an extra one is in the game room). Your guests can choose to dine at the kitchen bar (that seats 5), at the fabulous large luxury dining room table (that seats 10) or around the outside patio table (that seats 8).
Outside around the block paver deck area are several lounge chairs surrounding the sparkling heated pool and hot tub. The pool faces south, which ensures total sun exposure throughout the day with the full width lanai providing a shady retreat from the sun when required. A full width child safety fence is installed in front of the pool and the whole outside area is under an accessible full width pool screen enclosure.

This location was great because there was a pool in the backyard and the community pool was so much fun. We had a great time and there was a ton of space for everyone.I would be VERY cautious with staying here because the fees are a hefty if you use the towels, washcloths, sheets, They said we stained quite a bit of stuff (we used everything just as we normally would anywhere) and the fees to replace those items were very very high. We washed every single towel and item we used and we did not have any stains on them. I provided a screenshot of what we were charged after the fact for reference. The oven glass shattered (it's not tempered glass and with babies in the house this was very scary and dangerous) because a few water droplets got on the glass when it was still cooling off and the glass shattered suddenly. The gate entry was very confusing. The gate security would not let us through with the bar code that was sent by the owner. My one year old, two year old, sister, and I had to walk and carry 4 suitcases from the front gate to the house while my husband went across the street to get the parking pass. The gate to the pool was broken when we got there which was very jolting because we had 3 young kids under two and did not have the proper safety precautions that are mandated with backyard pools.The last thing that was unusual (even if outlined in the welcome book ahead of time) is the grill is not free to use. You have to call 48 hours in advanced and pay 125
