If you are looking for a place to stay at the beach and enjoy the outdoor beauty that Hilton Head Island has to offer, then look no further! Full disclosure - this isn't a luxury condo full of all the latest bells and whistles, but it is clean, comfortable and in a great location.
Our 3rd row Beach Villa is at the private end of The Dunes and a skip across to the pool. This 2nd floor 2 bedroom Villa has a full bathroom in the Master Bedroom and full bathroom in the hallway, right next to the 2nd bedroom. The Master Bedroom has a spacious king sized bed with a full closet and the 2nd bedroom has a single bed, bunk beds and another full closet.
Our flat screen TV has internet for cable tv, with access to Netflix, Amazon and several other popular streaming services. The kitchen is fully furnished, along with an HE washer/dryer. Villa comes with free WiFi.

Perfect place for a small family. Pool was great, easy access to beach. Stocked with all necessary linens and towels. No complaints about the condo. We did have our beach chair and beach tent stolen from the covered porch area. Luckily they didn't steal the surfboard I had rented. Just a heads up, be careful what you leave out on the porch area.

Easy check in. The host sent a message when it was ready and we were able to check in a little early. The condo was perfect for our family of 4. It was clean and well kept. The community pool is clean. The area was quiet with little traffic. Easy beach access across the street. We look forward to booking next summer.

We had a wonderful stay at this villa! It was an easy, paved walk to the beach. I had a few questions about the area and Lena was super quick to respond. We’d love to stay here again and highly recommend!

The condo resort itself was very nice, including an excellent heated pool, and a short walk to the beach. The grounds were well maintained and provided a great vacation atmosphere. Unfortunately the condo unit we stayed in did not meet our expectations. Given the amount of money we paid for our stay the lack of upgrades and overall condition of the unit was disappointing. We have been blessed to vacation on HHI for many years and plan to continue doing so. We value our experiences here so much that we felt it’s important to share our honest feed back.
