The Gulf Tower is a low density high rise so there's lots of beach space for every guest.
Sunroom/balcony with sliding glass doors provides privacy and year long enjoyment of ocean. Watch the dolphins, wide variety of coastal birds, sunrises and unbelievable sunsets from the comfort of your balcony - warm or cool - rain or shine. THIS this is a perfect spot to sit back, relax and take in the awesome view.
Our beautiful private end unit on the 7th floor offers fantastic ocean views of glistening water and sunshine from the sunroom/balcony, living room, kitchen, hallway, and guest bedroom. Large Master bedroom looks out to the beautiful blue water of the Lagoon and is equipped with a new wood poster/decorative metal King size bed (Serta Perfect Sleeper), luxury linens, 42' LED flat screen TV, ceiling fan and private bath. The Guest bedroom has a Queen size bed (Serta Suite Dreams), premium bedding, a 42"' LED flat screen TV, and ceiling fan with bathroom just across the hall.
The Oceanfront Living Room is a spacious open floor plan and has a 65” Smart TV and DVD player. Perfect place for family time or to just relax and listen to the ocean waves. Wi-Fi access in condo and throughout building and pool area.

Beautiful Gulf view, place was perfect for us !!! The condo itself was perfect for two couples, nice pool area and really appreciated the beach chairs and umbrellas provided, we didn’t have to rent on the beach and that’s a big savings! Our only ask is to have ready some recommendations on where others can park within walking and safe distance. We found public parking with a 16 hr fee just had to keep up with it, west a block across the street so that worked out.

While the place was clean and close to beach, it was mentioned to owners to let renters know about pool being closed for repairs one month prior to stay, the caretaker Jill did not communicate this with me until day of arrival. So no pool for 4 days of visit and waves to choppy to enjoy swimming in gulf. When told of this the only reply was a 50 credit? Even the other tenants who knows Jill said it was not adequate. She never responded. But it is a nice place. Well kept exterior. Friendly tenants.
