About this villa rental
Enjoy an amazing golf view from the sunny living room of this 3 bedroom Lighthouse Road Villa. Nicely remodeled open-concept kitchen, new living room furniture and flooring, new large TV's and appliances, along with a fantastic new master bedroom suite and powder room are just some of the recent updates completed in this villa. Located about 1/3 of a mile from the Sea Pines Beach Club and Golf Complex and also just 1.5 miles from Harbour Town, the central location of this family friendly villa is prime! A popular layout for both peak and off season visitors, the primary bedroom suite, powder room and laundry are on the main level, along with two guest bedrooms and the second full bath upstairs.
Free bikes are included and will be waiting when you arrive. Use them on the many wide bike paths going just about everywhere within Sea Pines--You don't really need your car much for this vacation. Sea Pines also has a free trolley, another fun way to explore all the beauty and nature of Hilton Head. Parking is right in front of the villa. Bring your pet and enjoy all the dog friendly businesses and parks. This villa is pet friendly, but please note that we have a pet fee, so please be sure your pet is listed in the guest count as you book so that your quote will be accurate.
All bed/bath linens are provided as well as beach towels and beach chairs. Free clay court tennis is provided at a private tennis club-free upgraded wireless internet and Tv's in all rooms! Be sure to visit Harbour Town or the South Beach area, with tons of dining and entertainment possibilities.
Please note this property does not have a neighborhood pool. Pool access is through the newly remodeled South Beach Pool, located 3 miles from the villa by the marina. Passes are $125 for a family weekly pass. Daily and individual passes are available. For details and to register visit southbeachpool.com. Open Memorial Day to Labor Day.
For your convenience, your Sea Pines vehicle pass and door code will be mailed to you prior to your arrival whenever possible, eliminating the need for an extra stop when checking in. Simply drive straight to your villa, park and hit the sand!

This was the perfect spot and location to be in the middle of everything you needed to get to - the beach, the stores, the restaurants; all within a quick bike ride - the condo was perfect for all entertainment purposes for us, our kids, and the dogs offering amenities we utilized daily - hopeful to be able to come back again to the same location next year and the years following!

Jessica is excellent. Great responsive service. Highly recommended.Some bowl plates in the closet were not cleaned. House had a musty smell but we got candles and fragrances. Quality was good but not high end - probably appropriate for prices paid

We love staying at this place! The location is fantastic, and the owners have done a lot fixing the place up…very responsive to suggestions from their guests. Every aspect of the process of renting, check in, check out, etc. is as easy as it can be.

Property not in tip top shape. Grill was inoperable and walls and doors were searched and dinged. A/C vents need good cleaning. Description could be more detailed and accurate.
