Property was super clean and within walking distance of shopping, food and entertainment. Host was extremely nice and helpful with quick responses to questions. Check in/out was extremely easy. Perfect for our quick trip. Only complaint would be view from balcony in pictures is misleading as the picture is zoomed in. Condo is farther back with more view of parking lot but still not a bad view of beach, but not what I would consider beach front.

Have been going to Southern Sands for years always enjoy. Great Location. Walking distance to restaurants, public beach hang out can’t go wrong with this unit. Low density and location is the biggest plus for me

Wonderful location within walking distance of several restaurants, quiet complex, great view from the balcony to just rest and feel the breeze, comfy beds and great layout

very clean--thank you! Pet free - thank you! Good location. It was relaxing and an enjoyable stay. Parking was secure. Some of the parking spots could use some maintenance because of overgrowth of plants but that was certainly not an issue for us due to plenty of open spots available. It seems like the price was what you'd expect for a unit directly facing the gulf but the view was partially blocked. I'm sure VRBO fees have a lot to do with that.
