About this apartment rental
NOTE TO POTENTIAL RENTERS: THE WILL BE REPAIR WORK GOING ON FROM OCTOBER 12 UNTIL DECEMBER 12, 2026. WORKERS WILL BE ON SITE FROM 8AM UNTIL 5 PM DAILY. IT WILL BE NOISY AND POSSIBLY DUSTY. THE POOL MAY OR MAY NOT BE OPEN. Tradewinds is located on beautiful Orange Beach, white sands and beautiful panoramic view of the Gulf of America, from the living room and both bedrooms. This is a corner unit on the 7th floor, away from the elevator and at the end of the walkway. The '05 stack' corner units (Most desirable) have a large gulf front balcony from which you can enjoy the beautiful beach!!
Whether you enjoy shopping, dining out, golf, deep sea fishing, or night life, Tradewinds is conveniently located to any activity you enjoy. Across the street from Fatdaddy's Arcade and Adventure Island that has go-carts and putt putt. The beach side pool deck is only steps from the beautiful white sand beach.

This was a great condo! Everything work perfectly. Itโs in a good location. It had a musty smell when we first arrived but it was probably from just being closed up for a while. We loved it and will definitely stay again!!

Who could not love being right on the Gulf of America! Our view was great, our condo was well equipped & comfortable. Located in a nice area with plenty of stores & restaurants & things to do.

I don't want this published. As I don't want to leave a negative review. But the apartment was not cleaned. All the dishes had to be washed before we could use them. The kitchen setup was a little lackluster even though we knew the apartment would be small. The sheets were inside out and barely on the bed and I could swear there was sand in it. The floors were not clean. Our feet were actually dirty from walking on the floor and you could feel grit. So it could be a cute apartment, anything matched if it didn't look like it came from a garage sale. All of the furniture and bedding. So as I said, I really don't like to leave a negative review. But I cannot leave a positive one. This was way too much money to spend on a shoddy apartment that is not updated.
