About this house rental
Small one bedroom walk out suite on acreage and lakefront . Cozy but everything you need for a comfortable stay. We are close to the city but just far enough to be away from the hustle and bustle . Our family lives on the property but your suite is private and away from our living area . The property is located on a small fishing lake in Vernon BC called Swan Lake . The lake also borders a wildlife reserve of birds and water animals .. We have a beach area that is gravel where you can launch your kayaks or paddle boards . We have a peddle boat and a canoe as well … we don’t generally swim in the lake due to the ducks and geese at the waters edge . You can swim in the middle off a boat if you choose .

Everything was great. Lovely, cute, comfy little space. Well stocked kitchen. Figuring out how to unlock the door was the only challenging piece.

We loved our time here. Great hosts that gave us vegetables from their garden and allowed us to use paddle boards and kayaks. Thanks Ray and Carol.
