About this villa rental
Direct rental to owner. Beautiful and cozy villa on the coast, at 1 minute walking from the beach in the residential area of La Fustera, between Calpe (2km) and Moraira (4km), with private pool, terrace and solarium. Living room with air conditioning, dining room, well-equipped kitchen, double room with air conditioning and bathroom en suite, 2 double rooms with air conditioning and a complete bathroom, covered terrace with access to a solarium on the upper terrace. Parking inside the plot with capacity for several vehicles and garden area with barbecue.
The comfort and closeness of the beach, supermarkets, places to go out, sports activities, entertainment areas and places to go shopping make this villa an ideal accommodation to spend your holidays.
In the summer seasons (from the end of until the end of August) the arrivals and departures will be on Saturday.

We have just returned from a weeks stay at this lovely villa. It was perfect for us. Tastefully decorated, clean, plenty of space, well equipped kitchen, the villa had everything we needed including a lovely pool, loungers and outside areas and fab air-con, which was a must in 30+ degree heat! Ideally located just a short walk from the lovely Cala Fustera bay with a few bars and restaurants and then a short drive from Moraira or Calpe. The hosts were very nice, welcoming and helpful. Definitely recommend!

We have just returned from a 2 week stay at an absolutely lovely villa. The villa has been beautifully decorated inside with all modern amenities and the gardens/grounds were lovely, having recently been redesigned. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting under the orange tree keeping cool with a glass (or two!!) of Sangria. All rooms were large and very tastefully decorated with a great ensuite to the main bedroom and a newly fitted main bathroom. The pool and decking area with sun loungers was great where we really enjoyed lazing around in the Spanish sunshine. The owners were very helpful with information prior to our holiday and met us when we arrived to settle us in, even getting us an umbrella for the beach. The villa has ample car parking and is very conveniently located for both the local beach, supermarket and close proximity to the main beach, shops, restaurants and old town of Calpe. We had a great holiday. Would we return again......definitely! Thank you Josefa for letting us use your beautiful villa. We look forward to seeing you again and spending another holiday there.
