This ONE STOREY single family house was built by environmentalists, with the idea of ENERGY SAVING in mind.
- four large skylights which bring in plenty of natural light and eliminate the need to turn on any lights during the day
- Instant gas hot water heater is efficient and can provide virtually unlimited hot water.
- Solar panels produce electricity and reduce CO2 emissions
- Well insulated which reduces energy waste
It's a terrific idea to do some good to the environment while enjoying your getaway in St. Augustine
Being a "Tiny House" on paper, the use of space is incredible. Very HIGH CEILING makes the place feel really spacious.
It comfortably sleeps up to 5~6 people.
- Master bedroom has a queen size bed, sleep 2.
- The very cool loft space has a queen size mattress, sleeps 2. Kids will LOVE it!
- Living room sofa can quickly convert to a queen size bed, sleeps 1~2.
Open concept kitchen with beautiful QUARTZ countertop, and lots of cabinet spaces. The bathroom features GRANITE countertop, and a very large standing shower tiled all the way around.
The outdoor front porch provides even more entertaining spaces.
- Sectional sofa easily seats 5
- Picnic table and benches invite you to enjoy a quality and peaceful meal outdoor with fresh air and beautiful surrounding nature

The property was as expected, very nice and provided a wonderful retreat. The location is centrally located to all sites. The pool was delightful addition to the stay. Host was responsive at check-in to accommodate quick entry. Highly recommend a stay here!

This property is fantastic. Located outside the city but still close to all the amenities. Large lot surrounded by trees and shrubbery that gives it a very secluded feel. Pool is very nice and the enclosure has a very open feel. Host communication was easy and prompt.

This was our first time ever trying VRBO and we couldn’t be happier. It went so smooth. I was really nervous but everything was perfect. This property is definitely what they say. A rare gem for also being right inside the city limits. You don’t feel like it while you are there. I enjoyed my coffee under the gazebo listening to the fountain in the pond while my daughter chased lizards. The pool was amazing and clean. The kids loved it. There is a small farm behind the property so you do get to hear all kinds of animals including chickens, dogs and what I think were sheep, but we didn’t mind that at all. Felt like we were in the country. I was worried about a previous review that brought up the train but it did not wake us up at all. We hardly noticed it. Beds were comfortable and kids loved the loft. Will definitely book again!

We was disappointed that the heater in the pool was not warmer. It water was very chilly. I even paid to heat it. The kids did swim in the pool for a few but it was definitely too cold for adults and small kids. The property owner did respond when I called him, however apparently in Florida when it is cooler temperatures, the heater does not heat it. “ it’s not a hot tub”. I have swam in many many pools with heaters and outside temperatures 50-65 degrees does not change that.
We thought it was a bunch of excuses. Just say it doesn’t work unless it’s hot outside ?!
The toilet got clogged but there was not a plunger. The host said we Must have flushed something down that that should’ve not been flushed, which is not true. “It has never been clogged before.” I made a few trips to get our own plunger, as there wasn’t one there. The washer had to be re-spun five times to get it to drain. There was a little bit of water in the seal that was pooled but eventually It went down on its own after I spinned it several times and worked from there on. He said there is never been an issue, but there was Draino under the sink.
It was a beautiful property but wouldn’t stay here again.
