Unit C - The Carlsbad Beach Villas were completed in 2006. The Beach Villas are 3 completely private condominiums. Units A, B & C are fully furnished short term rentals each of which have a large private 2 car garage, laundry, and sun deck. The location is perfect for the beach and Village experience. Carlsbad’s best beach voted in Americas Top 20 Beaches is located directly in front with easy access. This beach has beautiful white sand, lifeguards in the summer, bathroom facility and fresh water showers. Also, you are just steps from the fabulous Village restaurants with something sure to please every palate: An exciting night life, theaters, great shopping, renowned spas, galleries, and much more.

I’ve been to Carlsbad several times in my life and I think this was my favorite place to stay. The location can’t be beat, and the price for the space and relative price was great! The garage was big enough for our rental Jeep Grand Wagoneer, and we made use of the beach chairs and kids beach toys. At one point, we actually locked ourselves out and Rene came personally in about 15 minutes and let us back in! I am already hoping we can stay here again next year.

This is by far our favorite vacation rental in Carlsbad. Our unit was beautiful, spacious and equipped with everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. The wonderful host, Rene, is absolutely the best! He provides prompt communication with any questions we had. Having a garage was so nice to put our rental car in. Rene has plenty of beach accessories for enjoying some time down at the beach, which is only steps away! We have rented several beach homes over the years, but we will always and forever come back to this beautiful and comfortable beach house. Book here...you will not be disappointed!

Close to the beach for daily walks. Catch a quick dinner at Dini’s. Short drive to the rest of Carlsbad restaurants. Weather was great. Plenty of room in the unit. We took advantage of the full kitchen including dishwasher. Also used the clothes washer in the garage.
