This property features 4 exterior security cameras: 1 at the front door facing the entrance, 1 on the front of the home facing the driveway, 1 on the back right corner of the home facing the rear yard, and 1 on the back left corner of the home facing the rear yard. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. They will record video when activated by motion and will be turned on during your stay
- The pool heater operates through heat exchange, which may not work effectively in very cold weather. A desired temperature cannot be guaranteed. For safety, the pool heater may temporarily shut off if the system is overworked during cold weather

The layout of the house is perfect for multiple families. The flexibility of having the beach nearby (with golf cart transportation), a private pool, and a dock for fishing makes for the perfect family home with something for everyone.

I took my 16 year old daughter and two of her friends down from PA for a birthday trip. The house was perfect! They enjoyed the clean pool, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the golf cart was very handy! The girls also paddle boarded off the back deck. It was close to a lot of things and very well appointed for our stay. The girls said to give it a 10/10!! One down side was that while the house was an amazing, it had construction on every side around us. The noise was at a minimum, but the front bedroom did get the construction noise. It was not anything that could be changed by the owners, who were very helpful, but I just felt that I had to keep an eye on things a little bit more because of all the crews in and out of the neighbors yards. Again, perfect for our stay and would stay again in a heartbeat!

Overall, we had a very positive experience during our stay. The property’s location is excellent, with convenient access to the beach, and we particularly enjoyed the pool, despite the light intermittently blinking and not remaining on. The decor throughout the home was thoughtfully done and contributed to an inviting atmosphere. The availability of the golf cart was also a notable and appreciated amenity.There are, however, a few areas that would benefit from attention. Several of the lounge chairs were missing slats and are in need of repair or replacement. Additionally, the absence of a ladder on the deck made launching the kayak less convenient. The storage bin was overcrowded with outdated pool floats and rusted beach chairs, requiring us to clear it out in order to locate a couple of usable chairs.
