About this apartment rental
This gracious ocean front two bedroom condo is very bright and breezy. Lots of sunshine and view. The second floor gives you an easy view of the Atlantic to the east and the inter-coastal to the west. Sunrise is really special from the master bedroom.
The first level consists of the kitchen, dining/living room and patio that sits right in front of the two pools and the south Atlantic ocean.
There are activities galore in the St. Augustine AREA. The beach at low tide must have 400 yards of pristine sand down to the water's edge. Water sports are popular as well.
If touring the eternal city is your fancy, make time for lots of it as the city has blocks and blocks of history to take in.
Cleaning Fee - For 1 month rentals the cleaning charge is $165.00

Shirley is a wonderful host! Great communication. Easy check-in. Very friendly and welcoming. The condo location is one of the best! Great views. Easy walk to the beach. Not a super long boardwalk like so many other places. Very comfortable bed, which is always important for us. Highly recommend! We will be back!!!

We had an amazing stay! The owner was very responsive and helpful to any questions we had! The condo was super clean upon arrival and even had fresh baked cookies and drinks upon entry! The views were amazing, the pool area was always clean. The condo had everything we needed for a perfect beach stay! We will for sure be booking again!

The host was wonderful. There was some confusion when we initially booked but all was worked out and the host was very friendly and helpful. Even leaving a little welcome note and snacks for us upon our arrival. The condo is older and could use some updates but overall it was clean and the view was stunning. We had a wonderful week.

I am not sure how to best respond but I want to truthful. After checking we found the entire house is messed up. No cleaning after the previous guest left. Water heater switch was tripping in every 2 min. So someone has to stand to fix if your family member is taking shower. My family was really frustrated.
But the owner and her husband are so nice and responsive I can’t complain. They took immediate action to clean the unit and also tried their best to fix the switch though the person was not able to fix. Owner gave me some money back even.
I know it happened without knowledge of the owner and they cooperated with us the best. Hope the issue will no more there.
