About this apartment rental
Come fall in love with the tranquility of Carolina Beach. Unwind & step into this bottom level 800 sq. ft. duplex condo with a patio. Conveniently located directly across the street from the ocean with public beach access, and a few walking steps to the Ocean Grill and Tiki Bar. The space is open, cozy and inviting to the beach enthusiast or those looking to get away. Convenience of key-less entry and 2 steps to enter into unit, making it convenient to those looking to avoid stairs. On-site pool within a few steps of the front door, condo is perfect for couples & small families of 2-4 MAX, INCLUDING children.
Condo was currently renovated in 2025 and waiting for YOU to visit!
** On-site, private pool - must bring your own chairs to the pool. **
Open in May till October (weather permitting).
Owner personally contacts all guests prior to their arrival. Must return call to receive parking pass & door code.
NON-smoking unit.
NO PETS - HOA enforced pet policy!
($350.00+ fee if violated plus additional cleaning costs)
MUST BE 25 YEARS OF AGE TO RENT.
** Linens – guests are required to bring their own sheets, bath and kitchen towels
Owner can also contact linen company if required. $33.00 for queen sheet set, 2 towels, 2 wash & 2 hand towels.
** 2026 - The cleaning service will provide a basic WELCOME KIT of supplies, enough to get you started for a few days, so it is suggested to bring everything you might need with you. **
On-site parking for ONE (1) VEHICLE ONLY - HOA enforces towing policy!!!
Check-in is @ 3:00pm; Check-out is @ 10:00am. Strictly enforced!!!
ALL early and late departures MUST be pre-arranged with owner. Fee will apply depending on time.
During the prime SUMMER months, 3 night minimum.

NOTE: Cleaners are the property inspectors and may charge extra for the following:
Excess sand cleanup = $25.00-$50.00
Additional cleaning and/or violation of check-out instructions = $50-$100.00
Soiled bedding = $50.00
Door unsecured = $200.00

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, well-maintained, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed.Jennifer was an exceptional host. She went above and beyond by providing detailed information, local recommendations, and staying available throughout our visit. Her communication made everything easy and stress-free from start to finish.We enjoyed exploring the area, watching the fireworks, and discovering so many beautiful places nearby. The location was perfect, and the house felt like a home away from home.Our family created some very special memories during this trip, and Jennifer’s hospitality played a big part in that. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable vacation experience.Thank you for helping make our trip so memorable!

This was one of the most phenomenal weekends ever! I travel for work and always stay in a hotel. This weekend was for work but was also my 5yr anniversary, so we made it work for both occasions! This was my first experience in a VRBO and I will never stay in another hotel when traveling! It was so clean & fresh, peaceful, and inviting. It was steps away from the beach but sounded like right at your door!!. It even had the instructions for your electronics and hand held devices. Plenty of connections for your accessories. The owner "Jennifer" was so friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. It made me feel like I had moved my own home to the beach!!!! Definitely a 10 out of 10 and I will definitely look Jennifer up for my traveling needs when in her areas! What an outstanding experience!
