We love hanging out at New Belgium as our "home-base" when we visit Asheville, so, the location was great. The room was clean and had all the essentials. I will say, however, if you have hard-steppers or just generally loud people above you, you will hear them. We always pack earplugs so it was whatever. Nice place, would definitely stay again.

Really enjoyed the stay. It's near the downtown, near west Asheville, and near the River Arts area. The apartment is very nice: simple, clean, and has everything you need. Strongly recommend.

The property is pretty noisy because of the road. Also, the garbage dumpster was emptied at 6:00 am on a Wednesday! Lastly, I reached out to the host three times about 1) the possibility of an early check in (no reply), 2) a leaky air conditioner that got a bunch of our clothes wet (no reply), and 3) specific check out procedures (no reply). Absolutely no contact. Unfortunate.
