This spacious house is situated in one of Phoenix's most vibrant neighborhoods. Enjoy the many local restaurants, shops, and eateries in the area while retreating back to quietness & relaxation with golf course views as a serene backdrop, viewable from both bedrooms and the backyard.
The home features an open-concept floor plan that seamlessly connects the living room and kitchen. The living area is anchored by an impressive 85-inch TV with Apple TV, a comfortable three-seater sofa with a pull-out bed, and two inviting armchairs—perfect for relaxing or settling in with a good book.
The kitchen features sleek, modern appliances and generous counter space, complete with four countertop stools for casual dining. Fully equipped for everyday cooking, you’ll find all the essential tools and gadgets needed to prepare homemade meals, including basic condiments (salt, pepper, and oil) and appliances such as an air fryer, slow cooker, blender, and more.
This thoughtfully designed home offers two spacious primary bedrooms, each with a private en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet for comfort and privacy. Our newly renovated backyard offers endless outdoor fun, featuring a 3-hole mini-golf course, a cornhole setup, and two seating areas. It's the perfect spot to enjoy a morning cup of tea or coffee while taking in the beautiful golf course view. In the evenings, you can fire up the grill and engage in friendly outdoor games for some lively competition.
Right next to the property, you can find gated pool and hot-tub, available year-round from 5:00am until midnight. The gated pool and hot tub area is community shared space, however, it is never busy. The pool is not heated.
You also have access to one car garage. In the garage, you can find the washer & dryer, as well as a level 2 EV charger at 32Amp that should add 20-25 miles of range per hour over night.

House has a nice roomy layout. Large bedrooms and nice bathrooms. Kitchen was fully stocked and very functional. Cute backyard with mini golf and corn hole overlooking the golf course. Loved that there was garage access to park. The host was available for questions and quickly responded.

Excellent location for quiet stay, safe walking, good restaurants, convenient pool, enjoyable backyard view watching golfers every day. Also easy to access freeway into downtown phoenix. Host was responsive & helpful. I just wish the windows were cleaned & functioned better. They need replacement for people who like open windows.
