Tucked into a quiet residential street away from the Dells hustle, yet minutes from the attractions everyone comes for, this 3-bedroom, 2-bath home sleeps up to 6 and is well suited for families and small groups who want real room to spread out.

MAIN LEVEL

The primary bedroom is on the main level and has a queen bed and its own TV. The main living area is also on this level, with a TV for streaming. The kitchen is well stocked for everyday meals, with full-size appliances and all the basics you need to cook comfortably. A Keurig coffee maker is ready to go each morning, with a starter supply of K-cups provided. The dining table and bar stools provide comfortable seating for the whole group. Please note there is no dishwasher.

LOWER LEVEL

Two bedrooms are on the lower level. The first has a queen bed and a TV. The second is a cozy room with two single beds and a TV, a comfortable fit for kids or two adults traveling light. A second full living area is also on the lower level, with a sofa bed and TV, giving your group a separate space to relax, watch a movie, or wind down at the end of the day. A small desk with fast WiFi is also on this level for anyone who needs a quiet workspace.

The game room features classic arcade games including Pac-Man and Golden Tee, along with board games and books for relaxed evenings in. One group can be racking up high scores downstairs while another settles into a movie upstairs, without anyone stepping on each other.

BATHROOMS

Both bathrooms are full baths. Neither is attached to a bedroom, so they are shared by the group. One is on the main level and one is on the lower level, keeping things convenient across both floors.

OUTDOORS

The outdoor space has a deck with seating, a charcoal grill, and a fire pit with four Adirondack chairs, a good setup for evening cookouts and nights around the fire after a day at the parks. The backyard also opens onto creek, wetland, and marsh views, though water levels shift with the season and rainfall, so it can look like a full creek after a wet stretch or a quieter wetland during drier months. Firewood and fire starter are not included, so guests who want a fire should plan to bring their own. The backyard has a garden area and is fully available to guests.

PRACTICAL DETAILS

A washer and dryer are available on site, making the home a comfortable option for longer stays. A crib, high chair, and travel crib are available for families with young children. WiFi runs a fast 300 Mbps, plenty for streaming, video calls, or working remotely, faster than most guests expect this far outside downtown. We love welcoming furry guests, and waste bags and a water bowl are provided. All pets must be well-behaved and house-trained, and guests are responsible for any pet-related damage or additional cleaning required beyond normal wear and tear.

NEIGHBORHOOD AND GETTING AROUND

The home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood just outside the main tourist areas of Wisconsin Dells. Guests enjoy a peaceful setting away from the crowds while still being a short drive from indoor waterparks, dining, entertainment, and downtown attractions. In addition to waterparks, the area offers hiking, nature trails, and seasonal winter recreation.

Getting around is most convenient by car, as public transportation options in the area are limited. Ride-sharing services such as Uber and Lyft are available, but service may be more limited than in larger cities.

GOOD TO KNOW

The home uses a single heating and cooling system controlled from the main level, so it is normal for the two levels to feel slightly different in temperature. Ceiling and portable fans are available on both floors to help balance comfort. Outdoor amenities including the deck, grill, and fire pit are weather dependent and may be limited during winter months. The home has two levels connected by stairs, worth keeping in mind if anyone in your group has mobility considerations. Quiet hours are observed from 10pm to 8am out of consideration for neighbors. Maximum occupancy is 6 guests, in compliance with city permit requirements, and no parties or large gatherings are permitted. All vehicles must be parked in the driveway only, maximum 3 vehicles, street parking is not permitted by the city.
