What a fabulous stay I had in this cottage! Really close to Court House Square, which was desireable for me bc I volunteered at an event there. At first, the hike up the hill in the Prescott altitude got to me, but I conquered it. The cottage, itself, is nothing short of sweet. The living area looks out onto the street in the Knob Hill area with its beautiful, historic houses. The porch is quiet as was the unit next door (the cottage is divided in two). My bed was divine and sat in the middle of a room larger than I expected. The bathroom is recently well-upgraded. I loved the shower - very refreshing, and no long wait for hot water. The kitchen was nicely equipped, making meal prep and snacking easy. It opened onto the dining area, which I used as an office, but it would be nice for a family meal. I did not use the 2nd bedroom which appeared rather small but still very useable. Both bedrooms had decent closet space, where extra bedding is stashed (it's cold in them thar mountains!). Note that when I arrived - exhausted from traveling - I couldn't get in the door. Randy answered my text quickly to help. Oops, wrong unit. I liked the touch lock as I did not have to carry a key. I parked my car in front, but there is another parking spot in back by accessing a small road with a few houses on it. That would have been convenient, too. Would I stay here again? You betcha. Wonderful (and historic) place to stay, cozy, easy to find, close to everything. Loved it! Felt like a home.

Our 4th visit to this property and it never fails to disappoint. Great location, great unit and great hosts!

My husband and I stayed 2 nights and really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean, cute and comfortable. The location was perfect as we like to walk to the downtown eateries and bars when we come to Prescott. We will definitely stay here next time if it is available.
