It has 4 independent air conditioners with heating in the living room and in the 3 bedrooms. Mosquito nets on all windows, swimming pool, parking and Wifi. Maximum 6 seats. Completely equipped with trousseau, crockery, glassware and complete furniture. Living room with a beautiful 5-seater sofa with a chaise longue plus another chaise longue facing the sea. 55-inch Smart TV with satellite channels.

This apartment was by far the best I have stayed in yet in Benidorm. The apartment was sparkling clean with everything u needed…it was very spacious and comfortable with a beautiful sea view I stayed with family there were 4 adults and 2 children. The host were impeccable, I arrived hours late due to missing my flight and still early hours of the morning I was let into the apartment no waiting about….they made sure we had everything we needed and was always just a message away not that we did need to message because honestly the standards and facilities in the apartment were 10/10. There is also a pool on the property you are able to use which was also beautiful and very clean…I would highly recommend this apartment and will definitely be returning myself.

This was our first ever trip to Benidorm. We chose Benidorm due to my husband's mobility issues and the lower price of mobility scooters in the resort, and we chose this apartment because it had both a lift and a car park with charging points for mobility scooters.I am giving both the apartment and the service from the owner a very well deserved top score.This spacious apartment was in a fantastic location with amazing sea front views and very close to many bars and restaurants. It was well furnished and very comfortable, and also very well equipped with everything we needed. The service from Miguel, the owner, was far and away anything we could have expected.From the initial booking right through to our arrival all communications from Miguel were excellent with clear instructions on accessing the apartment and very helpful information about the resort and the local area.Four days before we were due to fly home, I had a fall and badly injured my left foot.Miguel was so helpful and supportive in many ways during what was a really difficult time. His concern and kindness really did make a massive difference in my ability to cope with what were immense challenges.A special shout out also to the apartment block porters, Alan and Javier who were also very kind and supportive.Thank you so much to Miguel and to everybody else involved. It was all very much appreciated.Tracy

I can’t fault the property it’s in an ideal location. Plenty of room for everyone . fantastic views all amenities close by. Communication between us and the owners was faultless a very happy time had by all.
