Tucked into the heart of the Lower Garden District, this condo puts you right in the rhythm of one of New Orleans' most beloved neighborhoods. Step outside and Magazine Street's cafés, boutiques, and local restaurants are at your doorstep. Step inside and you have a calm, light-filled retreat waiting for you after a full day in the city.
Living space
The open living area is comfortable and well-equipped for both unwinding and getting things done. A 43-inch HDTV with Netflix and standard cable anchors the room, while fast Wi-Fi (179 Mbps) and a dedicated workspace with a door keep you connected and productive. A ceiling fan and split-type ductless AC and heating system keep the space comfortable year-round. Board games are on hand for a quiet evening in.
Sleeping arrangements
The bedroom features a king bed dressed in fresh linens, with room-darkening shades to help you sleep in after a late night out. Ample clothing storage, a closet, and hangers are provided so you can settle in properly.
Kitchen & dining
The full kitchen is stocked and ready to use. Frigidaire stainless steel appliances include an electric stove, single oven, refrigerator, and freezer, plus a microwave and dishwasher. Cooking basics, dishes, and silverware are all included. For your morning routine, you'll find a drip coffee maker, ground coffee, a hot water kettle, and a toaster. Wine glasses are available for evenings in, and the dining table gives you a proper spot to sit down for a meal.
Outdoor living
The private balcony overlooks Magazine Street and is the perfect perch for a morning coffee or a glass of wine as the neighborhood settles into the evening. It's a small but genuinely enjoyable outdoor space with real street-level character beneath it.
Bathroom
The renovated bathroom features a modern shower with hot water and complimentary toiletries - shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and shower gel. Fresh towels, bed linens, a hair dryer, iron, and cleaning products are all provided.

A pack 'n play/travel crib and a folding high chair are both available upon request, and babysitter recommendations can be arranged if needed.

Check-in is fully self-managed via smart lock, with a private entrance and free street parking available. The property has exterior security cameras, smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit. Cleaning is available during your stay, and long-term stays are welcome.

Overall positive, especially the willingness to modify the reservation due to our own personal time changes with the trip - we did have difficulties getting the AC to cool down the rooms, the remote would not reduce the temperature. Also, I was a bit taken aback by the text I received about a noise complaint supposedly received, there was only my wife and I in the apartment, and we not there much other than to sleep, and I received a text that had an aggresive tone of "guilty until proven innocent" about a noise compliant that supposedly was received. I suggest a little more thought should be put into how one reaches out to guests under those circumstances. We really like the place, and its convienence for us as so near local family, so we definitely will be returning. Thanks again for the modification on the trip dates, that was a very positive experience.

The space was excellent—tall ceilings, modern furniture, a comfy bed, new appliances, and plenty of books to read. The only issue we ran into was that the Half Moon restaurant and bar stayed open until 1 or 2 in the morning, with a cop posted outside and kids loitering. Luckily, once you close the bedroom door, you can't hear a peep from the street. This location was within walking distance of lots of good food, and we took advantage. Would stay here again.
