GUEST HOUSE INCLUDES:
* Master suite: King bed, half bath, sitting area with French doors to patio
* Two guest bedrooms: King each (convertible to 2 XL twins – specify at booking)
Eco-conscious comforts include organic cotton linens, gel toppers, Casper pillows, biodegradable toiletries/soaps, in-unit washer/dryer, and a fully equipped kitchen stocked with local organic coffee, fair-trade Keurig pods, honey, homemade grain-free granola, and pancake mix. Add an aromatherapy diffuser, Bluetooth speaker/turntable, games/books, and curated eclectic furnishings.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Roadrunner house. House was fully stocked with everything we needed. The kitchen had plenty of dishes and other food prep essentials. Patio is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the fresh air and peace and quiet of the desert. We even took advantage of the outdoor size Jenga game that was available and the yoga mats for a group morning stretch. The lake is super close and so we were able to run over for some paddleboarding activity. I was a little worried about only having one shower as there were 6 of us staying at the house. However, it was fine and we did not have any hot water issues. As noted, there are three rental units on this property. However, the roadrunner house is the most removed from the other units and so has plenty of privacy. That said, it is a little bit of a walk down the driveway to the hot tub and pool. We only used the hot tub, but it was well worth the stroll. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful house with fantastic views. We loved the hummingbirds, the city lights in the far distance, and the overall peaceful settings. The host thought of everything. We had a very comfortable stay. 100% recommend Birdsong.
