Clean & great location near U of A!
The bar should be open all day Friday-Sunday especially on GAME DAY WEEKENDS! The manager was not concerned that his bartender was sick/late & we wanted a drink! The bar hours are posted 2:30-11:00. It didn’t open Friday or Saturday until 3:45. On Saturday the whole lobby was filled with game day guests waiting to have a cocktail!
We went next door to The Graduate for our cocktail!

Great location near campus, food, shopping! Very good breakfast! Staff and valet guys were awesome!
Floors in room needed better cleaning. In reservation, I requested room far away from elevator and noise, but did not get that. We also had families on both sides of us that were loud. I should have asked for a different room after checkin. Next time I'll be more assertive.

The hotel was clean and the bed was great!
The car garage was across the street and managed by another party other than the hotel. We needed help and the staff was so rude! I have never been treated so bad from someone it was an argument to get out!
Also we were checking in a little later about 11:45pm-ish and I called to let the hotel know and again rude staff once again! Never been talked to by the way the staff at this hotel talked to me and my fiancé!
