I always love staying at this property- it’s beautiful and the staff are wonderful!
I liked everything about the property, especially the location and decor. 😍

The cafe downstairs serves delicious breakfast burritos, and very good quality coffee. The room was spacious, the water pressure was fantastic, and the views from 14th floor were amazing. The pool deck and rooftop bar were spectacular with 360 views.
While enjoying the pool one night, some young kids brought a massive speaker and started playing their own club music which was loud and disruptive. Staff didn't seem to care to address the situation. Other than that, perfect stay.

The Graduate is a fantastic hotel, the staff is very helpful and friendly, but for me, given that I go there to meet with the university, it's so nice to walk from there to my meetings. I also like that it's surrounded by great places to eat and hang out.

Excellent location close to the university; parking is pricey for valet and U of A lot is $16 nearby. It’s convenient and relatively easy. Great decor, fun theme; roof bar and pool make for gorgeous views.
Bathroom was not cleaned when we arrived— pubic hair in the tub and black footprints. Beyond disgusting.
Cafe in the am has good offerings and a tad pricey— just need more staff to work the cafe as the poor barista was drowning in orders!
