We really enjoyed our stay! I traveled to Tucson with four children, and the location was perfect for our trip. We arrived by train, so being close to the train station was extremely convenient. The hotel was also close to the activities we had planned, which made getting around with the children much easier.
The free breakfast was a big plus for our family and helped make our mornings simple and convenient.
Overall, we had a great experience and made some wonderful memories in Tucson. We would definitely stay here again and do this trip all over again!

Great breakfast, rooms are spacious, pool on the 3rd floor outside (which is fantastic), along with deck BBQ for everyone to use.
While there are interesting places around, they all are a bit of a walk in a concrete jungle.

The staff was amazing they were very respectful. If you needed something they made sure they meet your needs and the time was very fast. I really enjoyed the fact they had the pool side for the children that was a really good plus for them and they were just overall the best Hotel I stayed at in all the hotels I been to this one took the cake for me. Thank you to all the front desk staff so friendly and kind. Thank you for making me and my family feel so much comfort there.
There was nothing that i could say I did not like everything was awesome and great. #1 Hotel so far I wish they can have all other Hotels this enjoyable..

Close to downtown, secure parking
The air conditioning / heating unit was very difficult to regulate had to get up several times in the night just to cool the room down. The offered breakfast was unappealing at best. There was much traffic congestion and difficulty getting into and out of the hotel.
