We are located just a block from the downtown Carlsbad Village and with only steps to the sandy beach/beach access. Walk to local village boutiques, cafes, restaurants, and the train station.

This first-floor unit is in a twenty-one-unit, garden low-rise apartment building. The complex has a total of three, two-story buildings surrounded by a beautifully landscaped courtyard and grounds as well as an inviting swimming pool and BBQ area that boasts two natural gas, stainless steel BBQ grills, all of which are conveniently located at the center of the complex.
For your convenience and enjoyment, we also provide a beach wagon, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and bodyboards.

We had a wonderful stay in Carlsbad! The location was perfect—within walking distance to the beach, surrounded by great shopping, and close to many excellent restaurants. The check-in process was seamless and easy, making our arrival stress-free. The property was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and clearly cared for. Everything was exactly as described, and we felt comfortable from the moment we arrived. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area

Parking was easy for a car. If you have a suv will be very tight considering size of suv.Kitchen could use some extras, like salt and pepper, oil. As a parent with kids would've preferred more plastic ware.Though over all womderful place.Only negative is the upstairs guest in heals at 2am!

Clean, comfortable modern condo with private onsite parking for perfect stay. Location ideal near beach, Carlsbad Village and easy access to Coastal Highway and interstate. Will stay here again when in the area.
