This thoughtfully updated apartment sits at the front of our three‑unit building and features a private entrance, paved walkway, and a cozy front porch exclusively for your use. Inside, you’ll find full air conditioning and Roku‑equipped TVs—perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring.
Outdoor Amenities
Guests enjoy access to our charcoal BBQ grill and picnic table, shared with the two other apartments. On‑site parking is plentiful and easily accessed through the alley behind the home.

Our location is ideal for travelers who love the outdoors. Within approximately one mile, you can visit Bryant Park Beach, Senior Center Beach, Sunset Beach, and Clinch Park Beach. The apartment was well planned for our needs, very comfortable bedrooms, exceptionally stocked kitchen, bathroom accessories awesome. We were able to park very close to our entrance making it easy to transport our bags. I can't say enough about how wonderful our host, Stacey, was. From our first contact after booking our vacation all the way through our stay, she answered every question we had very quickly.

This two bedroom apartment was clean and provided everything and more for my mini vacay getaway. The host was so nice and provided treats and local snacks along with a nice welcome letter. The location was great with a 5-7 minute walk to lakefront, brisk 25-minute walk to downtown, and a 20 min drive to the vineyards and lighthouse. Would highly recommend booking from this host again.

Excellent stay! Great location, simple but well appointed unit, and easy parking! Very responsive and gracious host. This is our second time staying in the unit and we will return if the opportunity arises!
