The apartment offers 24-hour self-check-in, allowing you to arrive at any time with complete flexibility and independence.
A detailed guide with all the instructions for self-check-in will be sent to you about 4 hours before your expected arrival time. The process is very simple and doesn’t require keys: all our apartments are equipped with smart keypads and automatic locks, making access quick, easy, and secure.

🚗 Parking
If you’re arriving by car, you can park right in front of the apartment in the blue public parking spaces and pay conveniently using the EasyPark app.
Avoid leaving valuables inside your car and make sure it’s locked.

For those who prefer private parking, we’ll send you a link with directions to a private garage located about 700 meters from the apartment.
Please note: we do not have a partnership with the garage.

We welcome both small and large pets.
We kindly ask our guests to keep their voices down between 12:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m. out of respect for the peace and quiet of the building.

The house rules are simple but essential to ensure a pleasant stay for everyone:

As for trash disposal, you can take your trash out when leaving the apartment; on your left, you’ll find the trash bins about 50 meters away.
