About this house rental
335 4th Ave - This adorable beach cottage is just 4 blocks to town, or a 3-5 minute walk, and 2 min walk to the Promenade. Two queen bedrooms plus one bedroom with a Queen bed, and bunk twin beds, for a maximum of 8 people. Open living and dining room area with cable TV DVD player. Smart TV so you can login using your own account for NetFlix, Hulu, Amazon, etc. Fully appointed kitchen with dishwasher, range, microwave. Main bath has a tub/shower combo, 2nd bathroom has shower, commode and sink plus stack washer/dryer. Fabulous location for family get together plus other rentals close by such as 435 4th right next door and the Riverwalk Condominiums. Parking for 3 cars maximum. Outdoor furniture available for summer with BBQ. River is just 3 properties east.

Fit our needs perfectly I love that it’s so close to the beach and to walk downtown Seaside! Very clean had everything we needed.

From the very first moment that my family and I walked into the home, we were incredibly impressed. The pictures DO NOT do this place justice at all, it is so much nicer-looking inside and out. For instance, the backyard is beautiful and there are no pictures of it. The pictures make this place look plain/boring compared to the wonderful ocean themed decor throughout. A block and a half from the sand. Perfect. Upon arrival, the home was beautifully and professionally cleaned. On the gorgeous kitchen table, there is a book with ongoing letters from previous guests. I left a letter from our family, stating how we prayed over the home and the entire neighborhood, how thankful we were for such a beautiful place to stay, and how our children's very first time seeing the ocean is now a lasting memory, they will not forget. See, we lost our home and we are currently living out of a motor home and half of my inlaws garage, with 4 out of our 6 kids. Our 4 children were so thankful to stay in a real house again. It meant the world to all of us. We got to remember what it felt like for the first time in a very long time, to have a home. Of course, our kids kept asking me if we could rent or buy the house and just move in. I, of course, had to find a way to explain a vacation rental to a 4 year old. He has since told me he wants to go back to the "vacation house", many times. We may have to see about that next year. Thank you for an excellent stay, this was our dream!The Arnolds

We were there for a convention. So the house was perfect location. Very easy walk to convention center.

The property was clean. There were some little visitors (ants). We placed the ant traps in the bathroom and purchases spray. The took care of it. The main bathroom shower has very weak water pressure. We were not able to watch TV because it would not work. We did watch Netflix. We were disappointed that we couldn't watch regular TV, but all is well. We had a great weekend.
