335 4th Ave - This adorable beach cottage is just 4 blocks to town, or a 3-5 minute walk, and 2 min walk to the Promenade. Two queen bedrooms plus one bedroom with a Queen bed, and bunk twin beds, for a maximum of 8 people. Open living and dining room area with cable TV DVD player. Smart TV so you can login using your own account for NetFlix, Hulu, Amazon, etc. Fully appointed kitchen with dishwasher, range, microwave. Main bath has a tub/shower combo, 2nd bathroom has shower, commode and sink plus stack washer/dryer. Fabulous location for family get together plus other rentals close by such as 435 4th right next door and the Riverwalk Condominiums. Parking for 3 cars maximum. Outdoor furniture available for summer with BBQ. River is just 3 properties east. Firestick and Roku available Smart TV Log into your favorite channels with your accounts DVD player and library (video store 4 blocks) MUST BE 25 TO RENT - NO SMOKING - NO PETS!

Perfect location to town and the beach. The house was just right for 3 adults and two kiddos (10-12 yrs old).
We plan to stay again soon!

The house is a cute little house that is in walking distance to the beach which was a plus. There was enough room for a group of 8 with 4 kids. There were a few minor adjustments that would have made the stay much more accommodating, but overall it was pleasant. There is only one small TV in the living room, the wifi isn't very strong as the TV kept freezing on shows, and there is no air conditioning for hot days. I would stay again though. I would just prepare accordingly now that I know.

This little house was perfect for my family. The 3rd bedroom has a bunk bed with an additional bed which was perfect for my 3 kids. The living room is comfortable, the kitchen was stocked with all of the utinsles I needed to prepare dinners . Very short walk to the beach and very close to the aquarium. Close to town so we were able to walk everywhere ! We only drove the car once to get groceries. Having only 1 TV was a bummer but the family was so tuckered out from running on the beach all day it wasn't an issue. This was a great stay, I'd definitely recommend it and hope to be back!

There were sugar ants, the kitchen was insufficient in supplies, and we ran out of dishwasher soap and toilet paper. The photos also show a TV to be in a bedroom, but there's only one in the living room. Other than that, a decent stay and would recommend for those who enjoy the coast.

Great house in Seaside!
This house was perfect for our family! It was close to the beach and downtown Seaside. The 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and living room made it easy for our family of 7 to have plenty of space to relax when we weren’t out exploring. The space is just as advertised and the beds were very comfortable. The bunkbeds were a hit with the daughters. The only amenity I would’ve liked is better kitchen supplies and maybe sharper knives. Overall it was a fun stay with a great location.

It was nice staying in this little house. Close to beach, downtown and outlet. It has some games and piano. Kids had fun. It is perfect for us. We came in late and couldn’t find the check in instruction, but property manager gave us easy instructions to get the key. The fan in the second bathroom wasn’t working and they came to fix it in an hour. Thanks. I will recommend this to others.

The house was perfect! We parked our cars on Friday and never drove them until we left on Sunday, we walked everywhere! I wanted to let you know that there was a drawer full of someone's financial papers in the back bedroom. We just left it all there and didn't disturb them. Thank you! We will contact you again for next year

I had not gotten an email about checking in. When I called on the day of check in I was told by the lady on the phone, "I've got your back". She set everything up for us and the check in went great. It was a great stay. House was very clean. Well stocked and enjoyable.

Good quiet house
we would stay here again - close to the convention center & 1 1/2 blocks from the beach - only request would be a rug or mat by the doors to wipe your feet on -

Just like pics, cute and comfortable!
Close walk to beach and town,very convenient! House was big enough for us 6 adults/ 2 kids, BBQ was too small and charcoal however, bring your own propane grill if you plan on grilling.

Cute family house.
My family and I rented this house for a week in Sept of 2013. My twins loved this house and the bunk beds. This house is just a couple blocks from the beach and a couple blocks over from down town. The owners have made this house feel homey.
We had a wonderful time and will be back.
