The house has 3000 sqft living area and is in a quiet area in Arlington height and with steps away to bus station (T station/Boston). The house has 4 bedrooms and one additional guest bedroom which is located on the first floor. The house is child friendly. Equipped with crib and play & pack. The house is also equipped with large new kitchen and bathroom, open concept throughout the first floor. Large basement with 65 inch smart TV. Parking space can fit 3 compact-size cars.

My family loved staying at this house. All of the beds were comfortable, there was plenty of kitchenware to accommodate 8 guests and the highlight was the game room in the basement. The kids loved being down there and playing fuseball, air hockey, shuffle board and on the Nintendo switch. And the adults loved that we could close the door and let the kids have fun without being disturbed! The washer and dryer in the basement were amazing, it helped us pack more lightly knowing we could do laundry during our stay. There was a kettle and a kurig for coffee and tea drinkers alike. 3 bathrooms is also great when you have a lot of people! I was also delighted by the bidet. Chao was a great host and made sure we were comfortable. My family is already asking me when we can go back. I highly recommend this house, I just hope we can find availability in the future!

The place was exactly as described and in a very nice neighborhood. We had 8 adults staying and had plenty of room. We enjoyed the open area of the kitchen and family room where we could all socialize during dinner prep. Would definitely stay again when visiting Boston.

The host was terrific!There was a problem with one of the toilets when we arrived but within five minutes, he was there and showed us how to fix it.

The house was great- very clean and comfortable. Parking was easy and communication with host was excellent. We enjoyed the location well. The only suggestion we had would be to include more kitchen equipment and dishes. For example, there were only 7 mugs for a house that sleeps 10, no pots except a large stock pot and only 3 wine glasses. Skillets, plates and bowls were plentiful, however.
