About this house rental
Nestled on 15 acres of private land, this spacious 2,100 square foot home makes a wonderful mountain retreat. "Secluded & serene", yet everything is nearby". The perfect place to Getaway from everything & everyone!
The home has 4 bedrooms (3 Queens, 2 twin beds, pack n play), full bath upstairs and 3/4 bath on the lower level. The open area living room is open to the kitchen and dining area (table seating for 8) for easy entertaining. From there you can walk out to the full front & side deck to fantastic views and wildlife. This home comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests and not just for sleeping!
The lower level allows a bonus Family room for others to hang out, featuring a 55" internet enabled flat screen TV, comfortable seating and a walkout patio with additional outdoor seating. The washer and dryer are also located on the lower level. Complimentary WiFi allows you to stay connected during your stay.
Strategically located with acres of outdoor space to explore. Nature enthusiasts will appreciate the proximity to Rocky Mountain National Park and the YMCA of the Rockies & their many activities. Making it a perfect base for exploring the great outdoors. The town of Estes Park (4 miles) also offers many activities and festivals. Walk out the door to a trail into the National Park. Day passes are available for all YMCA activities for $29/day for adults, $14/day kids 14 & under, kids 6 & under are free.
Some activities offered by the YMCA include guided hikes, evening concerts and presentations, mini golf, disc golf, tennis, pickleball, basketball, corn hole, athletic rental equipment, dining, snack counters, multiple children's playgrounds, arts and crafts building, children's day camp, small convenience store, hike guidance & more!

This is the second time we’ve stayed here and we absolutely love it. It’s perfect for our family with a downstairs and plenty of space for our kids - clean and stocked with everything we need. The outdoor deck is wonderful with spectacular views, quiet and serene. Close enough to the YMCA facilities that our kids can walk there to their events, but far enough away for privacy and space, and a quick easy drive into downtown Estes or to Rocky Mountain national park. The WiFi was down when we got there. The owner responded immediately and drove several hours round trip to come fix it for us and made sure we had everything we needed. We will stay here any time we go to Estes.

The cabin was awesome. Being able to just go out on the deck and look up at the stars. Had an elk run by about 20 feet away from me.

Our host was great! He responded back immediately when we had any questions. The views of the mountains were beautiful and we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay! Thank you
