This newly renovated house (new kitchen, windows, & floors!) is located in a quiet neighborhood, only 28min drive from Downtown St. Louis. Enjoy a short walk or a quick drive to many local coffee shops, boutiques, spas, restaurants, & bars. Other local activities include: City Park only a 3 min walk, an entrance to the Madison County Transit bike path is a quick 6 min walk, & 10 min drive to SIUe campus. Permit # 031602

Perfect little house for our family. We were in town for a family wedding and we were less than 10min away from everything!Quiet neighborhood. Easy street parking.

Everything was very nice! I would advise to purchase a new grill. Other than that… the house was GREAT!!

House was updated, super clean and the host was responsive and did us a huge favor with early check in on Friday. Great location- easy walk to downtown Edwardsville.

The house was neat and clean, quaint and cozy. The large spaces were great. The house was very chilly upstairs so could have used heavier bedding. And a luggage rack in the smaller bedroom upstairs would be very helpful. Also there was only enough bedding for one sleeper sofa and we used both sofas - we had 7 people. Only one blanket was provided, so it was chilly sleeping in the front room also. Better warmer bedding would have helped. But we still enjoyed our stay in Edwardsville.
