About this apartment rental
Our spacious 2/2 unit is located on the beachside of Siesta Key. No need to cross the road to get to the beach - we have a private, guest-only gate entry right next to our building that leads directly to the beautiful Crescent Private Beach, just about 120 yards away. There are lounges and chairs available right off the path for you to enjoy. We also offer a temperature-controlled community pool for your enjoyment. We are located approximately 1 mile from Siesta Key Village, where you can enjoy dining and shopping.

We loved staying here. The condo was steps to the beach and had all the supplies we needed for the beach. Communication with the owner was great.

The location was great - you are about 1 mile to Crescent Beach and its restaurants and about 1 1/2 miles to Siesta Key beach and restaurants. My advice would be to rent bikes from Ride and Paddle (Crescent Beach) for your entire stay. They will drop them off and pick them up! If you drive a car into town, the parking is about 10/hour and there is almost no parking spots at restaurants or stores to utilize. You will most likely have to pay to park.As for the room, it was decent. A little on the small side, but doable. The master bath was VERY tiny - there is a pedestal sink that is maybe 16inX12in which is right next to the shower door, and you cannot fully open the shower door. The walk-in shower barely fit me and I am a bigger, 6ft tall girl. IT WAS TIGHT! I ended up using the other bathroom which was much more roomy with a tub and shower. One other thing that was a bummer (not because of this property) is that while you do get private beach access, there was always people congregating at the access point waiting for someone to let them on to the beach. Normally, I wouldn't care, but because I had probably paid a little more than the people staying across the street it took away from the perks I thought I was getting. All in all, it was a decent place and nice location. The property managers were very friendly and communicated well.

Property is nice, but one thing i want to mentioned is there is No Housekeeping service and on top of that guest are required to throw out the garbage outside and strip the bed which is to removed all bed lining and towels Like practically doing housekeeping work, I think thats why we pay a clean fee already just to go and relax. Just want to remind you Guest are on vacation. For that matter just go and stay at a hotel better.
