About this apartment rental
This fully renovated first floor 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condominium is located on the Gulf side of our property. There is a five night minimum rental requirement for this unit. Because of its central location, it is a short walk to our white sandy beach, the tennis courts, pool and charcoal barbeques. To comply with the Sarasota County Fire Code, our two bedroom units sleep a maximum of six people. This newly-remodeled unit also includes a full-size stackable washer and dryer. The master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed with a 42" flat screen TV. The guest bedroom has two full size beds with a 32" flat screen TV. The master and guest bathrooms have walk in showers, while the master bathroom has a shower seat. The modern kitchen has granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. It is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster, a coffee maker and a Keurig coffee machine. There is beautiful tile throughout the unit. To enlarge the living area, the patio has been incorporated into the living rm.

The booking and check-in process was very professional, and we received all the necessary information in advance. The condo was exactly as described—after more than 30 years of renting, we’ve never experienced such a clean property before. Everything was spotless, including the towels. The location was also perfect, just a five-minute walk to the private beach, which even offered complimentary beach chair service. Overall, highly recommended.

We stayed in unit 154. This is the eighth year we have rented. Unit 154 was the worst unit we have stayed in- very dark and dated decor. It had very poor lighting- no overhead lights and 1 bedroom had 1 small lamp. The master did not have a closet and had a wardrobe which was filled with extra blankets and pillows. Neither room had a dresser. The living room furniture was dirty and full of sand- needed a cleaning or replaced. We will return to Palm Bay Club but not unit 154. The staff is very attentive - when our shower was not draining they sent someone over within 10 minutes to clean the drain!
