About this villa rental
Set within a beautiful, enchanted garden, Villa Simeoni enjoys a perfect location between the town of Lefkas and the pristine beach of Agios Ioannis, both a leisurely 15 minutes stroll away. Modern, comfortable, air-conditioned, spacious, finished to the highest standard, this villa with private pool offers its guest the chance to enjoy the finest Greek hospitality together with privacy and the most contemporary comforts for a truly superior holiday experience. With 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen and extensive private outdoor areas, Villa Simeoni can accommodate up to 4 + 1 guests. A villa definitely not to be missed!
Inside, Villa Simeoni is set over 2 floors and is fully air-conditioned, both in the bedrooms and lounge. All the details have been carefully designed to mix style and functionality for a perfect holiday under the shining Greek sun. On the ground floor there is a large open plan lounge, a well equipped kitchen with dining area, a bathroom with shower. Stairs lead up to the upper floor where the 2 bedrooms are located (one with double bed, one with 2 single beds) as well as a bathroom with bathtub. Extensive balconies overlook the pool, the green mountains and the Greek Mainland in the distance. An extra folding bed can be provided free of charge to accommodate an extra guest (5th guest, suitable for children up to 12 yearts old).
Outside, the villa is surrounded by extensive private manicured gardens with lawn, shrubs, scented flowers and trees providing well deserved shade during the hottest months of the summer. A real oasis just outside the prettiest and most cosmopolitan town of Lefkada! The sparkling private swimming pool, equipped with comfortable sunbeds and parasols, measures 8m x 4m (depth 0.9m - 1.6m) and is beautifully lit at night. For delicious charcoal grilled meals, Villa Simeoni is equipped with a brick-built barbecue as well as a poolside shaded dining area. Private parking is available on the premises.
NOTES: for the convenience of our guests, the rental price quoted includes air-conditioning in the whole villa, wi-fi internet, maid service twice a week, change of linen and hand/bath towels twice a week.

This was our second stay at Villa Simeoni. We usually try to visit a different Greek Island each year, but our stay here last year was so perfectly suited to us, we just had to return! Mrs Simeoni is a wonderful host, the perfect balance of friendly and helpful without intruding. She looked after us well, communicated with us regarding convenient times for cleaning and once again gave the children gifts on departure to remember Lefkada by. The villa itself was, exactly as we recalled it, charming and comfortable with all facilities provided for the perfect stay, although truth be told not a lot of time was spent in the villa as the garden and pool area are stunning and where we spent the majority of our time when not out exploring the island! We will definitely be back to see you again Mrs Simeoni, maybe not next year... although I said that last year so it can't be ruled out!!!

The villa was very peaceful and private. The pool was amazing. There was everything you would need for a comfortable stay. Perhaps 1 larger chopping board (but that is the only thing we needed). The coffee machine leaked on the first morning and Mrs simeoni replaced it within an hour. Check in and check out was so easy. It is a 20/25 minute walk into town.
I would definitely recommend this villa.

We had a fantastic stay. Everything was just as described and the location gave us the perfect balance of quiet while close enough to the town.
