About this condo rental
New, charming, quiet and spacious apartment very close to the sea (only 3 minutes walking). Located between the Old Town of Puerto del Carmen and the new area. Bars, restaurants, sports and shopping area nearby. The complex has a swimming pool with a separate area for children. It is distributed in two floors of 50 m each. The main entrance is located on the first floor where the fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room and one of the two terraces are located. The kitchen has everything you need to spend a comfortable holiday, kitchen utensils, dishes, hob, oven, fridge-freezer, washing machine, microwave, kettle, juicer, blender, toaster, coffee maker ... as well as a dining area . The spacious living room has two sofas and an armchair, tables, flat screen television with satellite signal and WIFI Internet connection. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms, two bathrooms and the other terrace. The main room has two single beds and a cot, large closets and its own terrace with hammocks. The second bedroom has two single beds. Both bathrooms have shower, toilet and sink with mirror. Hair dryer available. The lower terrace gives direct access to the pool of the complex with private sun beds for the apartment. Bed linen, bath and pool towels are provided at no extra cost. Unfortunately the apartment is not accessible for disabled people. The nearest beaches are “Playa Grande” and “Playa Chica”, both awarded with a blue flag, a three minute walk. On the way to “Playa Grande” is the wonderful avenue of Puerto del Carmen, ideal for walking, running, cycling and water sports. "Playa Chica" is a cove frequented by locals, recommended for families with children for its calm waters and also for diving for its wonderful backgrounds. We have 3 apartments in the same complex: two of them for 4 guests and one for 6 guests. Check-in will take place after 4 pm and check-out until 10 am Upon request, at no cost and if there is availability, you can check out later. The published price is for two people (€ 10 per extra person and night).

The property is in a great location easy access to all your needs lots happening. It has everything you need and is nicely positioned for the pool . It was a very clean and relaxed accommodation with comfortable beds . A spacious property and great communication from the host .. Great all rounder for a vacation to Lanzerote.

Fantastic stay, lovely specious apartment, spotlessly clean, had everything you need, not too far up the hill which is massive bonus, you couldn’t be more central to everything and I think you would be very hard pushed to find anywhere more perfect at such a fantastic price! Eva absolutely lovely lady, great communication.

The apartment is situated between the old town and the start of the strip, not too noisy and not too far out for life. The property has everything you could need for a self catering holiday. It is close to Chicco beach but also has access to a pool for a more relaxing day. The owner is so accommodating and we had no issues at all with the property or any part of the rental. Would recommend and would certainly choose again.

We have stayed at the club de mar other rentals before. This is as it was advertised and all was good. We may hire this again if its possible.

Really everything you need..
Couple of tiny hiccups but resolved by Eva very quickly.
Location is very central to both old a new town of PDC.
This would definitely be my first choice of accommodation when returning....thanks Eva for the late check out ....

Great apartment in a great location
Apartment exactly as described, very clean and well equipped. The pool area was very quiet, maybe a bit too quiet but it was early in the season. Good location between the old town and the bars and restaurants along the beach. Shops within a minute's walk. Plenty of rental scooters about if you're feeling lazy.
Eva the host was responsive and helpful and didn't disturb us once. No issues getting in or out. I don't know about a whole family, but perfect for just the 2 of us.

This apartment is like a home from home and has everything needed for a comfortable stay. It is in a small, quiet complex suitable for couples and families. The host was most helpful and responded quickly to any queries. The location of the apartment and the sea views were super. Would definitely stay again.

Super Christmas, New Year break
The property was exactly as posted. Lovely and clean, all the equipment was available as described, towels, extra sheets, kitchen things etc and plenty of baby things if needed.
Lots of pool accessories for the warmer months, 2 sun loungers, tables and chairs up and downstairs, more loungers round the pool. Eva was easily contacted and her parents met us, they are lovely, and her sister is at the nearby pharmacy for emergencies.
Great view from the balcony, sun all day, best place for breakfast and watching the sun go down. Lots of books and dvds if needed, super Wi-fi, no English tv but tv can be changed to programs original language, so lots to watch if you want.
Only thing maybe lack of sockets at the bedside in the main bedroom, not problem for us.
We love this end of town, lovely and quiet, close to the old town, but still only a 5 minute walk to the start of the strip. 10 minutes from Lidl and 5 from a large Spar, easy to get everything we needed.
It really was a home from home, we were very comfortable here and would have loved to stay much longer, but work got in the way.
Will definitely be back again, highly recommended this property to anyone looking to rent in Puerto Del Carmen.

Excellent property in prime location
This property had everything you could ask for in a holiday home. Eva was brilliant to deal with and was at tge end of the phone if needed. The property is extremely spacious as 4 of us syaed but we had loads of room. Its right in between the old and new town so a 5 min walk gets you to both. We will definetly be returning. Thanks eva for a lovely stay

I would return again and recommend. The complex is small and tired with a not very appealing pool. Hopefully looked after better in summer time. Nice small beach 5 minutes walk away. WiFi ok just about runs Netflix, there are no English channels on TV. Bring your own Amazon fire stick

Excellent location
This apartment is in an excellent location. Just between the old and new of Puerto Del Carmen. It's a short walk to everything you could need. We hired a car to do some sightseeing, but if you just want to stay in the area of Puerto Del Carmen then there is no need to hire a car. The apartment itself is very clean and spacious with lovely sea views. It is well equipped with all the essentials. Eva is the host and she is great to deal with. I would recommend this property without hesitation.

A lovely spacious appartment in an excellent location
We had a great stay at Eva's appartment. It was even better than we expected. Having two floors was lovely and both bathrooms were a really good size with powerful showers. The upstairs balcony is large and a real suntrap with lovely sea views. It was nice to eat breakfast there. Location is great, just in between the old and new parts of PdC and easy to walk everywhere within 10 minutes. We were two couples and would definitely return and highly recommend. Communication with Eva was excellent and she always replied promptly to any questions both prior to and during our stay. Thank you Eva for a lovely week!

FANTASTIC APARTMENT IN A GREAT LOCATION
We were a family of 3 staying for 1 week, the apartment was spotless and extremely well equipped. Just a few minutes walk to the beach and all of the amenities of Puerto Del Carmen. Eva, the owner, was an excellent host and provided us with all the information we needed to make our stay perfect. Will definitely be returning in the very near future. thank you Eva

This apartment was spacious , spotless , well equipped with two bedrooms , one ensuite and extra bathroom and shower also , the openplan top floor was a kitchen and sittingroom/dining room which was well equipped . There was towels , washing detergent,all cooking utensils and cleaning utensils , a balcony on top floor and patio on bottom floor with furniture , dvds, good broadband, a safe , extra bed linen , kids pool inflatables ,a baby cot ,fans, a rack for drying clothes to name a few extras . I would have no hesitation staying here again , the apartment was central close to the strip and close to amenities , pool is close , nights were hard to sleep but it was Lanzarote in June and expected .

A really lovely place to stay, thoroughly recommend to anyone, everything there for you to enjoy your holiday, close to the shops, bars and restaurants, well placed next to the old town and a few hundred yards from the main strip.
Eva is a pleasure to deal with and always on the end of a phone if you need her.
We booked for next New Year while we were there as we loved the apartment so much.

Super location and well equipped duplex apt
Perfectly situated away from strip and at entrance to Old Town anc harbour area. Greatly fitted out with all one could want - DVD TV and Free WiFi provided -loads of towels. Lilos, watertoys, buckets spades etc mean don’t have to worry for kids. Pool area good but we preferred the beach (250metres away) -

What a beautiful spacious and well appointed apartment with great views and location.
We arrived early but Eva told us it was no problem, we could dump our bags and take the keys while the apartment was cleaned. Eva's mother was waiting for us and showed us around. The large spacious upstairs living area and balcony and downstairs 2 bedroom , 2 bathroom and patio area. The fully appointed kitchen with modern oven, hob, large fridge freezer and washing machine was fully stocked with everything you could need. There was a dining table for 4 people 2 sofas, 1 chair, large tv, high chair, DVD player, WiFi and lots of space. The balcony had a canopy that could be opened/closed and a large table and 4 chairs and a drying rack for clothes and a fantastic sea view.
Downstairs were 2 large bedrooms with twin/double beds and copious amounts of storage the larger of the 2 had an ensuite bathroom with toilet basin and walk in shower, a sun trap patio with a large picture window/ wall with a sea view and a safe in the very large wardrobes. It had bedside cabinets a dressing table with large drawers and a cot. The smaller of the 2 rooms had a built in wardrobe and small window twin beds and bedside cabinet. This was the cooler of the 2. The other bathroom was spacious with a walk in shower, toilet and basin with plenty of storage. The downstairs patio got the sun all afternoon and was a proper sun trap. It had 2 sunloungers with cushions and a smaller table and 4 chairs.
The apartment was spotlessly clean and all the furniture was modern and obviously well looked after. There were a couple of fans but no air conditioning.
Eva's mother and the cleaning lady were lovely and very informative.
The apartment is around a 10 minute walk to the popular parts of Puerto del Carmen and the larger beaches.
All in all we would recommend this place highly and would certainly return in future.

Stunning apartment..will definitely be back
Just back from an amazing 10 day stay at Evas apartment. It had everything & more that we required. The apartment itself is stunning and spotless clean. There was 4 girls in our party so having 2 bathrooms was a luxury! We met so many friendly people who were also staying in the complex. The pool was fab & plently of sunbeds. We have booked it again for next year!

Just loved our holiday and the Island of Lanzarote. Our appartment so well equipped and very well located. Just one comment, we could have done with air conditioning as the weather was exceptionally hot. But overall it was great.

Nicely presented, modern and Sunny balcony
Lovely apartment, really enjoyed our stay, nice location, good internet connection, beach towels provided. Eva was at the apartment to meet us and was very obliging. Although 2 portable fans were provided the apartment did get quite hot, fortunately as there was only 2 of us we could use the front bedroom which was cooler. Would stay again.

Excellent property in ideal location
The apartment was clean and modern it has all the basics you need. Bathrooms were excellent and the whole apartment has a light airy feeling. Location was ideal situated on a quiet street a short walk from beach, old town and the strip.
The complex itself was small and there was never many people in the pool so we practically had it to ourselves most of the time. It was however in need of a little aTLC in some communal areas but in general it was kept clean and tidy.
Apartment could of done with some air con or fans however we hired some from a local shop for 2.50 a day, and possibly some cushioning for the sun beds !
We would definitely go back to this apartment dealing with Eva was easy and straightforward overall I definitely recommend.

Beautiful Apartment
We have just spent a fantastic 5 nights at this beautiful apartment. The accommodation is spacious and comfortable and beautifully furnished and equipped. The complex is small and the pool area is lovely. The location is brilliant and is just a few minutes walk from restaurants and bars. We would definitely stay here again although the lack of air conditioning means that we would probably avoid during the heat of the summer. Our only minor criticism is the lack of curtains or blinds at the kitchen and lounge windows, and for privacy purposes net curtains in the main bedroom would have been lovely.This was though a super apartment and Eva the owner was very welcoming and accommodating.

Great newly refurbished apartment. Really big ideal for families or couples. Everything you need in the kitchen. Great sea views from upstairs terrace. Location great 5 min walk to old town and new town and just around the corner from playa chica beach. Had a small issue and owner was with us within 30 mins and was extreamly helpful. Would definitely stay here again
