Costa Mera is a charming 75 m² duplex with private parking, a highly valued feature in the Playa Chica area of Puerto del Carmen. It offers a comfortable, bright and well-maintained experience just a few steps from the sea.
On the upper floor, a spacious open-plan area integrates the lounge, dining room and kitchen. Its large windows flood the space with natural light and allow you to enjoy ocean views. The exterior terrace, equipped with quality furniture, is perfect for relaxing whilst enjoying the landscape and sea breeze.
The lower floor houses two bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower (one of them en suite). Both bedrooms have direct access to a pleasant terrace-patio equipped with an outdoor shower and hammocks, an ideal spot for sunbathing in privacy.
The location is exceptional: just a few minutes' walk from the main avenue—with a wide range of restaurants, shops, supermarkets and bars—and very close to both Playa Chica and Playa Grande, as well as to the town centre and the harbour.
Costa Mera is a perfect option for families, groups of friends or remote workers seeking comfort, tranquillity and an unbeatable location.

For groups of guests aged between 18 and 26 years, a refundable security deposit of €150 per person is required.
During local holidays and holiday periods, the refundable security deposit will be €300 per person.
The deposit must be paid by credit or debit card before arrival. It will be refunded after check-out, once the property has been inspected, provided that no damage has occurred and the house rules have been respected.
Parties and events are not permitted.
