Do yourself a favor and just DONT! Upon arrival your walking up to a completely dark entrance with the manual stating beware of the alligators. 3 locks on the doors makes you feel really safe….. not! The place is extremely outdated and not clean at all truly needs a good deep clean and new beds that are not 30 years old. Upon further review noticed mouse droppings in dresser and to top it off also saw cockroaches! I tried to get pictures but was not successful in trying fast enough to get phone to take. I had left the condo reached out to the host as soon as possible with all these issues asking for a refund as I was only at the condo for maybe 5-6 hrs and after the roaches that was it. It took them days before a reply back to the acknowledgement of the issues. Only to ask if I had gotten pictures claims they had pest inspection out odd at how quickly they had someone out but yet still days of emails and phone calls by myself and VRBO emailing and also trying to reach by phone no reply even to this day nothing from the host totally ghosted me and VRBO and no refund or even partial refund! Can’t believe VRBO also allows for this type of business to be conducted with the use of their name as well on the line. I will not do business with them ever again! And again put your money elsewhere as this is NOT the place NOR the right people to do business with. Jennifer J

Windows were filthy, stove top burners did not fit on two burners and stove was old. Mattress in master bedroom concave in the middle my husband had to sleep in the spare bedroom. The faucet in kitchen was ready to fall off! (We reported to James at property Management he said Togo ahead and use it! Adult pool was closed! My husband saw a Palme bug crawling on the w on Saturday we packed up and left Sunday Morning instead of Monday

Enjoy your dream vacation on the beautiful Lake Marion. Our home is comfortably furnished with everything you will need for your stay. The Clubhouse has excellent facilities, including Pool, Jacuzzi, and Gym. The resort has a warm, welcoming atmosphere and stunning views across the Lake - you'll feel at home right away!
The home is approximately 45 mins from Disney/Universal or 1.5 hours from the beaches. This home is the perfect place for you to relax in an idyllic setting.
