ideally located, very quiet, comfortable, neat decoration, large terrace of 10 m2, completely renovated, in the heart of a 5 hectare property, near Cap Ferrat, Beaulieu sur mer, Villefranche sur mer with its citadel , and halfway between Nice and Monaco. In 10 minutes of walking you are in the center of Beaulieu: with daily fresh and quality vegetables on its market, not too far away is the supermarket and all the surrounding shops.
The Ant Bay or the beach of the harbor of Villefranche sur mer are less than 15 minutes away, no need to have a car, everything can be done on foot!

GORGEOUS view and very clean. However, if you don’t have a car prepare to walk up a hill to access property, trying to explain to Uber drivers how to get to property was very challenging at times, but we would definitely stay again, but we would definitely rent a car. The caretaker of property was very kind.

What a view! What a perfect studio! Extremely clean, studio in Villefranche, brand new in fact. Lovely hostess, the caretaker gives you all the important information. Worth every penny !

Our stay was spectacular. The view from our balcony was amazing. The staff was pleasant and attentive.

There is a million dollar view. Unfortunately, getting there was extremely difficult, with three different navigation systems all getting us very lost. Once there, it is quite a ways from both the town as well as the water. Overall, I would say that the room is great, but the location is less than ideal. Also, if you are not a french speaker, make sure you have google translate on your mobile
