About this apartment rental
Penthouse with private terrace located in a very quiet building at the height of the 4th floor. It has 2 large bedrooms, one with 2 single beds and one with a double bed of 150cm, bathroom with large mirror, large kitchen with integrated and independent dining room, fully equipped for cooking during the stay, living room with access to the terrace, TV, Internet , double sofa bed in the living room. Equipped for a maximum of 6 people.
The house is in the quietest, exquisite and excellently located residential area for your tourist visit or to enjoy a stay of several days submerged in our city. A pleasant 10-minute walk to the Malagueta beach, Plaza de Toros, 5 minutes to the Plaza de la Merced, Mercado Atarazanas, or a 2-minute walk to the Parque de Málaga or Puerto, Centro Pompidou. Not forgetting the visit to our neighboring Cathedral, Revello de Toro Museum, Picasso Museum, Malaga Museum in an old Customs building, Carmen Thyssen and endless possibilities.
Its pleasant terrace allows you to enjoy the sun throughout the year, it is oriented to the southwest, and you can enjoy it all day.
Another nice plan is to go shopping in the historic center, with the best shops and excellent prices.

We enjoyed staying at this centrally located apartment for 1 week. We were warmly greeted by Palma, she provided helpful information on the apartment and the surroundings. It is clean and well equipped with AC in each room if you choose. It is on the 4th floor and there is a lift. Our only suggestions for minor improvement would be to address the smell in the bathroom, fix the bedroom door so it closes properly and replace some of the cooking pans. Otherwise a great place to stay!

We enjoyed a 6 week stay at Palma's property - quiet, clean and central to everything in Malaga. Palma was great and went above and beyond to ensure everything worked well in the apartment. Because we were longer term we especially appreciated the well stocked bathroom and kitchen supplies. Would definitely recommend.
