This charming Mediterranean-style vacation villa in Ciudad Quesada is located in a privileged residential area just 6 km from fine sandy beaches and offers beautiful indoor and outdoor spaces, including a private pool and a spacious terrace. Modern design and contemporary touches flow throughout the villa, which is divided into two separate floors, ideal for enjoying absolute privacy. The bright and spacious first floor features a stylishly decorated living room, a dining area connected to the living room and kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is en suite. The huge bedroom with a modern double shower and a large terrace on the second floor is not connected by the interior of the first floor. The furniture of this house is of high quality and you will feel at home here. The pool area is equipped with outdoor shower, patio furniture, barbecue, dining table and chairs and sun loungers. Ideal to enjoy a refreshing swim, relax on the sun loungers with a good book or enjoy barbecues together with the whole family or friends. The private property of more than 700m2 also offers you a garden and a private parking space.
Thanks to the central location of the vacation home, restaurants, leisure facilities, supermarkets, as well as golf courses are very close by. In only 20 minutes by car you can visit the city of Torrevieja. It offers great shopping opportunities, such as the shopping center "Habaneras" or the famous water park "Aquopolis". Torrevieja has an inviting beach promenade, perfect for a relaxing walk on the beach and to have a drink in one of the beach bars.

The villa was perfect for our needs everything that you could want is there and the bed linen and utensils were all lovely clean and there was plenty of them The pool is great and the area is clean and quiet It’s totally perfect for a family holiday My only cons are that it could do with lights around the pool area of an evening and maybe put the pool lights on a timer You do need a car as things aren’t far away but it is quite hilly in parts But I would definitely stay there again

Villa okay , but pool pump very noisy at night, also brackets to hold curtains open look very nice
But on first day cut my arm , was then worried 3 year old could cut his face or head on them as we’re at different heights not child friendly
Due to arrive late at nite wish there was welcome package deal of essentials
